WHO ARE WE?

Short version?- Bass Music + Hip-Hop = Motor City Bass.

Long version- Motor City Bass (“MCB”) is an multidisciplinary artist initiative based in Detroit, MI. Our artists experiment with concepts from the outer-edges of hardcore dance and rap music, and find inspiration at their intersection. When we started, we were just a group of friends who wanted to get booked together as often as possible. Now, creating and releasing audio recordings, producing events, and guerilla marketing are examples of only a handful of the areas that our core team has over 30 years of experience in.
